Incredible skill and fairness!
My wipers were broken and I needed them fixed before it rained for a week starting the next day. I tried to bring my car to my old mechanic and they were too busy. Then I remembered that I had been referred to Orpaz a few months ago. I figured it was worth a shot. My old mechanic had told me it would take three hours to fix the wiper motor. Craig had me pull the car right into the bay and had it fixed in under 8 minutes. Impressed, I asked him to take a look at the misfire that had been plaguing me for months and that I had put a few hundred dollars into trying to fix. POW! 25 minutes later, the car was purring like a kitten and ready to pass inspection.
Total price to fix all of my car worries that had troubled me for almost half a year? $50! He could easily have claimed 2 hours labor because it was two separate issues, but he didn't even charge me a full hour. As long as craig keeps fixing cars, I will keep bringing my cars to him.
